Kendel Jacob is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and audio engineer whose musical journey started at the piano when he was seven years old. A native of Rapid City, South Dakota, Kendel grew from a casual player into a creator, writing and producing his own music by the time he was sixteen. That transition from performing to building songs from the ground up is what cemented his love for music and the art behind it. Now based in California, Kendel is sharpening his craft at Azusa Pacific University, where he’s pursuing a degree in commercial music with an emphasis in audio recording. The program bridges his natural musicality with the technical discipline the industry demands, giving him a foundation that’s equal parts instinct and precision. Outside the studio and classroom, you’ll find him watching movies or on the golf course, where he’s chasing a new personal best after carding an 85.
